In order
to insure an uncompromising level of quality in the sites
we produce, we have developed a process to help turn your
idea into a great web site.
Before
work is begun on a project, it is very important to define
the scope of the project. We work closely with the client
to determine the goal of the site, the primary target audience,
and the scope of the project. We then make use of this information
while creating your web site.

We operate
on the principal that the more thoroughly we understand your
business, the better your site will be. We gather information
from the client, and attempt to become very familiar with
the client's business.

Using
the information and specifications provided to us by the client,
we develop a sample user interface. This allows the client
to visualize the structure, layout, and navigation of his
or her site. If the client is not happy with any aspect of
the design, the designer will work with the client until the
user interface meets specifications.

After
approval of the user interface in phase 3, InfoStar begins
to develop the content into the structure of your web site.
During this page, functionality is added to the site in the
form of product databases, search engines, shopping carts,
etc.

Many web
design firms forget that not all people use the same computer
software. At InfoStar, we realize the importance of producing
designs that are compatible across a wide range of platforms.
In this phase, we test the site on a variety of browser and
computer combinations. Unless something else is needed by
the client, we make all our designs compatible with Netscape/Internet
Explorer versions 4 and above. According to statistics, these
products are what the vast majority of the Internet population
uses as their web browser.

In this
phase, we upload the contents of the web site to client's
web server, where it will be viewable on the Internet.
After
the launch of your functional web site, it is important to
keep your information up to date. We offer a wide variety
of maintenance packages that will allow you to keep your web
site fresh.
